Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Authorization & Acceptance

By accessing or interfacing with the IncogSay CyberSuite ("Platform") at incogsay.com, you consent to be governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these strict operational constraints, you are not authorized to deploy or utilize the Platform.

2. Platform Architecture & Advisory Scope

IncogSay provisions a zero-trust, edge-native threat intelligence engine that executes heuristic phishing detection, cryptographic homograph analysis, DGA entropy scoring, and infrastructure probing. The Platform operates strictly "as-is." Output vectors and risk classifications are purely advisory; they do not constitute legally binding cybersecurity counsel or enterprise security guarantees.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Your authorization to use the Platform is strictly contingent upon adherence to the following constraints. You agree NOT to:

  • Submit active malicious payloads with the intent to exploit, reverse-engineer, or map the heuristic detection engine
  • Execute denial-of-service (DoS) patterns, flood, or abuse the edge nodes with automated scraping requests
  • Utilize heuristic output to harass, defame, or unlawfully target individuals or organizations
  • Violate any local, federal, or international cyber regulations
  • Attempt to extract or clone our proprietary threat matrices or algorithm logic

We reserve the unilateral right to permanently black-hole traffic and block access from IP ranges exhibiting adversarial or abusive behavior.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. INCOGSAY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT HEURISTIC OUTPUT WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

Cyber threat intelligence is inherently probabilistic. A "Clean" classification does not guarantee safety, and a "Dangerous" classification acts as an advisory flag — not an absolute determination. Operators must always exercise independent security judgment.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTION, INCOGSAY SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, OR INFRASTRUCTURE COMPROMISE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM.

6. Proprietary Intelligence

The IncogSay CyberSuite brand, architecture, and heuristic matrices are proprietary. While our operational logic is partially documented in our Security Architecture briefing for industry transparency, the specific code execution, target matrices, and isolated algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of IncogSay.

7. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to dynamically patch or modify these operational terms at our discretion. Significant modifications will be reflected in the "Last updated" timestamp. Continued interface with the Platform constitutes binding acceptance of the revised protocols.

8. Jurisdiction

These protocols shall be governed in accordance with applicable cybersecurity laws and jurisdiction. Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith arbitration before formal litigation.

9. Legal Operations
