General questions and tool requests
There is no ticket system and no account to log into — email reaches us directly. Ask about how a tool works, what a result means, or the next tool you would like built. Requests for tools are how a good part of this site got planned: if you keep doing a job by hand, tell us what it is.
A result you believe is wrong
This is the most useful mail we get, and most of the awkward edge cases in the tools were fixed because someone sent it. Because nothing you submit is stored, we cannot look up what you ran — so please include it:
- Which tool, by page address.
- The exact input: the domain and DKIM selector, the URL, or the two dates.
- What it returned, and what you expected instead.
- Where your expectation comes from, if you have it — the RFC section, the registrar's record, or the convention you are counting by. That usually settles it in one reply.
Security issues with this site
If you have found a vulnerability in IncogSay itself, please report it to us before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We do not run a paid bug bounty, but we will credit you if you want the credit. Please do not run automated scanners or load tests against the site — see the acceptable use section of the terms.
Privacy and legal
Privacy questions, including data requests, go to privacy@incogsay.com — though the honest answer is usually that we hold nothing to send you, for the reasons the privacy policy sets out. Legal and compliance enquiries go to legal@incogsay.com, alongside the terms of service.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering a past result. Nothing you enter is stored, so there is no history to retrieve — run the tool again.
- Taking down someone else's domain or link. We are not a registrar, host or blocklist. Abuse reports belong with the domain's registrar, the hosting provider, or a service such as Google Safe Browsing.
- Changing your DNS. The checkers only read published records and the generators only produce text to paste — the change has to be made at your DNS provider by you.
- Professional advice. The calculators are arithmetic aids, not medical, legal or financial guidance; the disclaimer is explicit about this.
