IncogSay provides zero-trust security diagnostic tools, including link safety auditors, redirect chain inspectors, SSL/TLS certificate validators, and email authentication analyzers (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI). These utilities are engineered exclusively for educational, administrative, and defensive security verification purposes.
All scan findings, threat scores, heuristic signals, and reputation reports generated by IncogSay represent automated diagnostic assessments based on publicly available Internet protocols, DNS TXT records, SSL certificates, and threat intelligence feeds available at the exact moment of execution.
2. No Warranties & Threat Intelligence Disclaimer
Cybersecurity threats mutate continuously. A "Safe" or 0-risk score produced by IncogSay indicates that no immediate malicious indicators were detected by our edge heuristics or third-party reputation feeds at the time of the scan. However, it does not constitute an absolute guarantee that a URL, domain, or email message is 100% free of zero-day malware, social engineering, or emerging exploits.
IncogSay provides all diagnostic engines "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular security goal, or non-infringement.
3. Privacy & Zero-Retention Architecture
IncogSay enforces a strict Zero-Data Retention policy. Scanned URLs, domain names, uploaded QR images, and pasted email headers are analyzed statelessly at the Cloudflare edge or within client browser sandboxes. We do not write scanned data to databases, logging servers, or persistent tracking cookies.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall IncogSay, its operators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our scanners, tools, or documentation — including any decisions made or actions taken based on threat score reports.

Brand names, domain names, and logos referenced within our diagnostic interfaces (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple Mail, VirusTotal) are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.
