1. Scope of the service
IncogSay is a collection of free online tools. Today it covers three areas: email authentication and deliverability records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, MTA-STS), links and web infrastructure (redirect chains, TLS certificates, domain age, QR payloads), and date and age arithmetic. Every tool is provided for informational, administrative and educational use.
Results from the lookup tools are automated readings of publicly available data — DNS records, TLS handshakes, HTTP responses and public registration data — as it stood at the moment the lookup ran. Results from the calculators are arithmetic performed on the values you enter.
2. No warranty, and limits on accuracy
All tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
For the link and email tools: a clean result means no problem indicators were detected by our checks at that moment. It is not a guarantee that a URL, domain or message is safe — threats change continuously, and a lookup only sees what is publicly published. For the calculators: results depend entirely on the dates and inputs you supply, and on the counting convention each tool documents on its own page. Verify anything consequential against the authoritative source.
3. Privacy and no retention
IncogSay stores nothing you enter. The calculators run entirely in your browser, so the dates you type are never sent anywhere. The lookup tools pass your input to our edge worker, which resolves it in memory and returns the answer — the domains, URLs, QR images, passwords and email headers you submit are not written to a database, a log file or a tracking cookie. There are no accounts.
4. Not professional advice
Nothing on IncogSay is legal, medical, financial or professional advice. The age and date calculators are arithmetic aids: a chronological, corrected or gestational age produced here is not a clinical assessment, and an eligibility figure is not a ruling on your eligibility. Official rules change and are published by the bodies that set them — confirm dates, cut-offs and eligibility against the current official notification or with a qualified professional before you rely on them. The same applies to the security tools: use them to inform a decision, not to make it for you.
5. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall IncogSay, its operators or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools or documentation on this site — including any decision made or action taken on the basis of a result shown here.
6. Trademarks and third parties
Brand names, domain names and logos that appear in our tools or examples (for example Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple Mail) are the trademarks of their respective owners. IncogSay is an independent site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
