Overview

IncogSay ("we", "our", "us") operates incogsay.com (the "Service"). We are deeply committed to privacy. This document explains what data we handle and how.

TL;DR: We collect nothing. URLs are processed in memory and immediately discarded.

Data We Process

URL Submissions

When you submit a URL for scanning, it is processed entirely within Cloudflare's edge compute runtime (Cloudflare Workers). The URL is analyzed in memory by our scanning algorithms and the result is returned to your browser. The URL is never written to any database, log file, or storage system.

We Do Not Collect

  • Your IP address (not logged or stored)
  • URLs you submit (discarded after analysis)
  • Browser fingerprints or user agent strings
  • Cookies (we set none)
  • Analytics or tracking data
  • Account information (no accounts exist)

Third-Party Services

IncogSay is deployed on Cloudflare's global network. As our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare may process network-level metadata (e.g., IP addresses for DDoS protection) according to their own Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics providers, social media trackers, or third-party APIs that would receive your data.

This website may display Google AdSense advertisements. Google's advertising services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. AdSense may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your prior visits to websites.

Cookies

IncogSay itself does not use cookies. We store only one item in your browser's localStorage: your theme preference (light or dark). This data never leaves your device.

Third-party ad networks (Google AdSense) may set their own cookies as described in their policies. You can opt out via aboutads.info.

Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you have rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively — we honour these rights by design through data minimisation.

Security

All communications with IncogSay are encrypted via TLS. Our scanning engine runs on Cloudflare Workers, which operates within Cloudflare's SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. See our Security Architecture page for technical details.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
